With the careful extraction performed by our CoCo Farmers and the careful mixture process, Panaad CoCo Vinegar does not only complete our Kitchen Ingredient, but also, offers a lucrative alternative source of income for our CoCo Farmers.
Dinagat Islands, the mystical island province of the east, is blessed with abundance of natural resources, to include, agricultural products.
It is home to thousands of Coconut Trees that is harvested to produce the famous “Copra” and Vinegar products. But, with the continuing technological infusion, CoCo Trees are now also producing CoCo Coir and CoCo Husk Planks.
With the Sales and Marketing Services of Kalihukan sa Panaad Marketing Cooperative (KPMACO), we are able to provide an alternative lucrative source of livelihood for our Coco Farmers through the production of PANAAD COCO VINEGAR.
KPMACO partnered with a Local Enterprise who developed the technology of producing a World-Class Coco Vinegar. The partnership led to the identification of local CoCo Farmers “Mananguete” who deliver quality-controlled raw CoCo ingredients for vinegar production. Further, a Local Cooperative was identified and set-up as a “buying station” for these raw CoCo ingredients for vinegar production.
As KPMACO endeavours on Sales and Marketing of the Panaad CoCo Vinegar, the “Network of Enterprises” behind the production of said product naturally occurred.
Now, we are able to build the demand for Panaad CoCo Vinegar both locally and internationally! Ultimately, these changes the lives of our CoCo Farmers as we bring in more revenue for them that is far more significant than what they were unjustly used to with the laborious CoCo “Copra” production at unreasonably low buying price.
